When was the last time you truly dedicated a moment to yourself? When you nurtured your body, gave space to your heart, and followed your breath to the very depths of your being? This day of self-care is an invitation to lovingly reconnect with yourself, not from the mind, but from your whole being. You don't have to prove anything or solve anything. You can simply receive, soften, and feel at home again within your own warm presence. We will accompany you with care, gentleness, and respect, in a natural environment that breathes what you may have been missing for too long: calm, beauty, and space to be who you truly are. The nominal value of this day of self-care is €150.00 per person. Payment: - to be paid online: €35.00 per person as a contribution towards fixed costs - to be paid on-site: a voluntary donation for the 4 guided 1-hour therapy sessions (cash or QR code) of your choice. * 50% is donated to a good cause. * The remaining 50% covers the event's organizational costs.
