The Nest

The Nest, our therapy room with an adjoining sun terrace, is located on the first floor of the cortijo. From here, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings; the hills with almond orchards and the Sierra María mountain range in the distance.
Our studio offers ample space for individual and group sessions. The soft, insulated wooden floor ensures pleasant comfort during floor exercises.
Mats and cushions are available.
From the sun terrace, you reach the recreation zone via an easy outdoor staircase.
The sauna
✨ Experience the deep relaxation of the sauna✨
In the recreation zone, you will find the chalet with a sauna, changing and relaxation room, and toilet.
The curtained changing room offers you privacy while changing. In the hallway between the various rooms, you will find a wooden rack for storing your personal belongings.
Towels, bathrobes, and slippers are available (Please take your slippers home after use).
The sauna is heated by a wood-burning stove that ensures a constant temperature. Essential oils are available for the water poured over the hot stones. A small window can be opened for extra ventilation if needed.
You can take a shower under the outdoor shower with a view of nature.
