I was introduced to this form of relaxation therapy as early as 45 years ago. During a period of extreme stress, when I was often overwhelmed by hyperventilation and panic attacks, these exercises immediately calmed me down.
Its effectiveness has often been demonstrated, including during asthma attacks, allowing me to reduce the tension on my airways.
