No strict rules or complicated theories, but practical insights and gentle guidance that you can immediately apply in your daily life. The sessions take place online via Zoom. Normal value of a one-hour session - €50.00. Pay with a free donation that feels fair, appropriate, and financially feasible to you. 50% of every donation goes to a charity in the municipality of Vélez-Rubio. The other 50% is used for the operation of our "Asociacíon One with your true self", such as the website, internet applications, administrative costs, and other legal obligations.
